Customer Service Qualifications

Level 2 - EAL Certificate in Customer Service


This qualification will suit people who have some experience in customer service and deal with customers on a daily basis.  


Seleta’s Level 2 is delivered between 4 - 6 months depending on the level of  the individual’s ability

and the environment in which they are based.


A wide range of optional units allow learners to focus on areas including impression and image, customer service delivery, handling problems and development and improvement of customer service.

Level 3 - IQ Diploma in Customer Service


This qualification will suit supervisors who have experience in customer service roles and

are able to handle difficult customers. Supervisors who are looking to improve your own

skills and become more involved in making improvements to the team's level of customer service.

     

Seleta’s Level 3 is delivered between 8 -12 months depending on the level of the

individual’s ability and the environment in which they are based.


A wide range of optional units allow learners to focus on areas including

impression and image, customer service delivery, handling problems,

development and improvement of

customer service.

The customer services industry covers all forms of services, including dealing with customer sales, handling complaints, organising service requirements.


Whether it's working in a shop or in a call centre, it is essential to maintain excellent customer service relationships.
